RedWand Ventures LLC is full steam ahead for 2010 with mobile apps. In the pipe line is an Augmented Reality application for the Real Estate industry and a series of games. The promise for augmented reality real estate applications is certainly exciting; virtual for-sale signs and property descriptions, even the layering of interior room photos over exterior views of a home.Imagine walking past a downtown office building or any building for that matter holding up your phone and the address pops up. Tap your phone on the building availability button and scroll to: - What type of lease terms? Is that per month, per year? Triple Net or Total Gross?
- Is the building Green or LEED certified and are the documents available to see the points earned?
