RedWand provides a comprehensive set of maintenance and support services depending on your business needs:

• On-going Support (bug fixing, problems analysis and resolution, on-call support)
• Adaptive Enhancements (modifications to support business or technical requirements' changes)
• Perfective Upgrades (new functionality/features)
• Technical Improvement (optimization restructuring/rewriting) 

For each project undertaken by RedWand we provide a free warrantee period to ensure stable and uninterrupted work of your system.

The fee for hourly work (like website maintenance) is $70/hour OR you may purchase maintenance time in chunks:

• 3 hours: $210
• 5 hours: $400
• 10 hours: $700
• 15 hours: $900
• 20 hours: $1100

We build a system for most of our clients to update their site themselves, therefore reducing the need for ongoing maintenance.
